Federal lawsuit brought on behalf of woman involved in car accident, in which she suffered a severely injured broken arm. While en route to the hospital, she was arrested for an outstanding bench warrant. The Arrestee Processing Center staff took her fingerprints despite her broken arm, causing extensive additional nerve damage. Jury award for client in August 2009.
