Class action lawsuit on behalf of Lottery scratch-off ticket purchasers who were unable to redeem winning tickets for games in which the expiration date had passed. Lawsuit alleged that the game expiration date was never communicated to purchasers through posted information or other means. Settlement achieved for class in 2006.
